Call or email for free, 30 minute, life coaching session (include "Free Session" in subject line) Monthly life coaching, phone or office: 4 sessions per month - $400 2 sessions per month - $250 Sheila's book and CD included in first month Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. Long distance charges are included for US residents. Single session, phone or office: $175 for 1&1/2 hour session Sheila's book and CD included in single session Private Yoga sessions are $75 for 1&1/2 hour
